Before anyone comments this is my hubbys email address ! its Sharon Smith.
I contacted Tracey after becoming frustrated with my local GP Menopause Nurse. I was having some issues with the HRT I was being prescribed the main depressing side effect being weight gain amongst other small discomforts. Following my consultation Tracey changed my prescription and also suggested a blood test which has resulted in my needing other medication. All I can say is Tracey thankyou so much I feel like my old self again and the weight is slowly dropping back off and my energy levels are improving. Worth every penny ! I would highly recommend we should all be living our best lives ladies.

Tracey has been incredible! I went to my gp with my symptoms but received very little help. I found Tracey on a médica forum that I belong to. She easily booked my consultation, provided incredible advice, truly listened and gave me the time to discuss my concerns and then provided me with a plan. She explained everything and made me feel safe and cared for. The treatment prescription arrived in less than 24 hours from the payment! In one month I will

I recently undertook the Monopause Advocacy training for HCP’s with Tracey and her wealth of knowledge on menopause has blown me away.
The course was thorough, well organised and very informative. We only touched on the tip of the iceberg in all things menopause but I now feel much more informed and empowered to help my patients suffering with symptoms. Plus a strong signposting and referral pathway to ensure they get the help they need.
Would definitely recommend Tracey’s training to any health professional wanting to gain more confidence and understanding of the menopause
