Beverley Saturday Market

Such a shame storm Bertie was the cause of the Saturday market closing early. It was cold, wet and windy, not the best market conditions. That said Beverley has an amazing number of shops, both big name and independent which made shopping a pleasure. The Minster and St Mary's are well worth a visit, truly magnificent buildings.

We had never visited the area however thoroughly enjoyed our stop off at Beverley. No market today but parking spaces were available. Great shops. Best selection I've seen in a long time. Plenty of eateries and places to stay. Lots of independent shops. We would return ?

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had an amazing time at Beverley Saturday Market during the Beverley Puppet Festival 2024! The market was vibrant and full of life, making it a perfect venue for the festival. The Bubble Land stand offered delicious bubble tea and waffles that were a big hit with everyone. The atmosphere was fantastic despite the rainy weather.

Well worth a visit. Some great food and nice atmosphere. Minster is impressive.

We visited the Market square on a non market day. We parked reasonable easily and had coffee outside on a sunny day with one of the independent retailers. Great selection of shops in the vicinity. Best I've seen in years. Would definitely visit again if in the area.

Lovely place to spend a day Great market

Nice little town.With its own Minster.Enough shops to entertain with its own Weatherspoons. A must go is the white horse pub ..pretty old and stills runs on gaslight! The star of Beverley is the 'Beverley Arms hotel'. Simply superb.Friendly professional staff.Superb food. A tad expensive but you get what you pay for and this was a rare treat.

Loved my first visit will definitely visit again . We enjoyed coffee and pastries while taking in the atmosphere
