Unfortunately, like most Post Offices these days, awful.
Picture is taken at 1600 on a Tuesday, with 1 member of staff and taking 10mins with this one customer.
They also take an hour lunch break which is not advertised.
Annoyingly, my most local post office, and it's not local to me!

Like many public service workers they have a take it or leave it attitude to their service. Tried to use them for change, was told I needed a “change card”, bank sent me a slip of paper (no card), the women that I spoke to at the PO said this was fine and they keep the slip on file. A few months later the other woman that works there started banging on about change cards again and denying that they kept the slip. Wouldn’t entertain for a moment that perhaps there is miscommunication on their part and instead is upset about their level of service being questioned. Thankfully bank is open on Saturday mornings.

I had two not great visits recently. The opening hours posted are inaccurate. Last month I went to this post office in my lunch break but they were shut. No lunch closure is advertised. Today I aimed to post a parcel with insurance over a certain amount but was told this wasn’t possible. When checking on the Royal Mail website, consequential loss cover is possible for up to £10k.
I will aim to visit other post offices from now on.

Friendly staff however totally unreliable on opening hours. There is now only one person and the post office closes for the lunch break, which is totally understandable; however the lunch break closing time is very random and not at a fixed time, making it impossible to know hether they will be open when you arrive between 1pm and 3pm.

I was in here today, the girl that served me , had angry issues, very bitter asked about a label over there she said no politeness, not my fault she has to work if they can’t have a nice manner they shouldn’t be there never be back
