Well below average. 1 star is far too generous and if you must use this service be prepared to run around in circles and read every fine print to qualify for their "deals".

It's shocking they won't bother to help you calculate duty to your country. Whilst instead they run the service investing their time into baking in deceptive promotion offers, like this one today, on Wed 14th Dec 2022:

Buy 1 majestic polar bear coin (50USD) and maybe win something.

Then, when at checkout it then states MOQ not met. This means they want to take an extra 200 USD before you may qualify for the promo. Unhelpful, misleading, deceptive.

I can highly recommend for buying gold and silver. Excellent service. I've used Coininvest for a few years now and never had any issues. Sometimes shipments may be delayed, but you will get your product guaranteed. Not sure with some of the one star reviews on here. Great range of product, good prices and a trustworthy company.
