New smart TV, the man working didn't know how to turn it on, and then proceeded to get aggressive because I accused him of maybe breaking it as he spent 20 mind alone with it in another room. He and his female Co worker were then racist and ran to the back of the shop to hide from the camera. Refusing to give customer service helpline or further service. I took the tv to the cash generator, the gentleman was lovely and took it with no problems. Hopefully cash drop learn how to use electric products and how to treat others. Will never go back.

I have used cash shop for many years and I can honestly say the people you have working there are absolutely amazing! Especially Sarah and the ladies, she is one of the most kindest down to earth people I have ever met, every query I have ever had she has always been so welcoming, you can have a real laugh with her and the girls who work there, Cash shop Peterborough would be nothing without Sarah and the girls! I’ve been going to cash shop for years they’re really nice people especially Sarah the manager she is really polite and her staff are as just polite as her they always ring to tell you if you need to redeem or pay for your items I have never had a single problem that They couldn’t solve... i’m thankful and grateful that the shop exists it’s helped me out numerous amount of times with bills even food and gas and electric cost of living has quite expensive so it’s refreshing to know that there’s places like this that I can help you stretch your budget and survive Thank you to all the stuff I can’t shop you’re brilliant brilliant .

I Purchased today. A laptop that's been sitting on cash shop window for a while now. It was priced at £249.00. Hewlard Packard HP - 15S-EQ1542SA Model.
Today I Decided to take a look if it was still there. Yes it was. The Condition was very good. Original price when it came out about 2 years ago was around £350 to £389 Mark.
Great Service from Salem whom I asked if she could do better on the price. Salem came back and confirmed £200. Great price of this quality laptop. So I snapped it up straight away. Thank you Salem.
