Staff very friendly and helpful, the rate offered and purchased at, was by far the worst of anywhere else but I needed the currency urgently and they were able to get it for the following day.

Not 5 stars as I had to wait and only one person serving. But when I was attended to , I was greeted by an efficient, friendly , cheery and helpful member of staff whose name is Dominique. Shout out to her, please! Thank you .

From the very start this was a very good and easy experience I was ordering some currency for my daughter and daughter in laws birthdays I went in placed my order couple of days later I went to collect it after getting an email and on both visits the staff were friendly polite and professional it was a pleasure to shop there and I will be doing so in the future

Absolute shambles, tells you at checkout you need to bring a passport, why is the payment card not enough? Use Sainsburys instead

The lady serving was on the phone for about 5/10 minutes before acknowledging us, she was talking about how much she hates her job and being very unprofessional the entire time. I am very dissatisfied with her customer service wont be coming back.
