Your customer service is very poor and unreliable.

Yesterday your representative called me, and he agreed to call me back after five minutes regarding a transaction that kept falling.

I waited all afternoon, but he didn't call me back. I tried to call you many times, but all the options I selected said either to go online to send an email. In the end, I gave up.

I took my business elsewhere, as I wasted a lot of time waiting around to resolve the issue.

I won't be using your service anymore.

Do not try to send money with these guys because I have seen money and then the transaction was canceled, but the money was taken from my account and it’s been 20 days. These guys are keep telling me we are waiting for a partners to response and they haven’t refunded my money back. They are just a scam and please do not waste your time and money with these people. They are scamming you guys.

This so called service is a disgrace. I sent money to be collected by cash in minutes over ten hours ago and all I get is under review. I called twice and there is noone to speak to . I asked for a cancellation of the transaction on the app twice and they are still doing nothing. This is the worst service I've ever had. Deserves zero stars
