I was overcharged, staff were rude and unhelpful. No one was available at customer services and there was a large queue. Therefore I had no choice but to leave out of pocket. Avoid if you can.

I recently attended and noticed the signs for where products were was incorrect. Just put it down to the fact that they were probably moving around items in store . I return this evening to find the signs are still wrong for where the products are so it says tea and coffee for instance, and it isn’t tea and coffee And every aisle is full of rubbish empty boxes cages it’s like they’re doing a full restock yet it’s 8 pm on a Monday evening. You can’t see up some of the Isles for rubbish. There is stuff all over the floor stock empty boxes a huge health and safety issue and a massive trip hazard…Really badly managed that should be done through the night I suspect as opposed to when there’s customers in the store really disappointed

Shopping on a Saturday, early afternoon, store was very quiet and plentiful of shelves empty and Dirty fridges! I know staff are very over stretched. Just going downhill

Usually can get most of what I need, can vary each visit-sometimes more than a few items my shop is unavailable with no close substitutes. Really depends on time visiting. Main issue is shop floor staff collecting 'Online Asda Orders', they prioritise themselves over you - don't move, lean over or around you and never ever smile or apologise if they cut you up.

Exactly what you’d expect from a supermarket. Shelves tend to be moderately stocked, not always perfect of course, but to be expected with high demand products.
Staff are hit and miss, some good some bad. One of the lasses on bakery seems a bit snooty from observation, but perhaps forgivable due to the nature of the job. Checkout staff friendly enough. The online order pickers often take up room down the aisles but this is expected as they are to a time limit to get orders done and are normally very apologetic if they get in your way.
Produce tends to be of acceptable standard too, and chilled aisles have a good choice of ready meals, cooked and uncooked meats, milk etc.
Overall, a decent store, and a fraction cheaper than Sainsbury’s down the road.

The staff at Asda Superstore Thurmaston are extremely helpful and polite. We have been going to this store for nearly 15 years and we have never been disappointed. The prices have always been at a cheap price and have been at a 5 Star Quality. Food, Clothes and Home items are outstanding with price and quality.
