Amazing service from Amber and Nick and a really speedy process. Viewings were arranged straight away and we received asking price offers from all of our first three viewings. This was really beneficial to us to have our choice of buyers - as we were buying a new build and needed someone who could move quickly and not delay us with their chain. During the process of getting valuations, another estate agent had recommended advertising our house at £10k less than we did and implied the prices in my area were unjustified.
