Lovely friendly staff in the hartlepool branch, always want to help you the best their can.
Update;
Staff still lovely but some of them are too worried about breaching the customers data that they won't even take a note to add onto an account you've told them about, all they have to say is; if the account exists they will add a note onto it n if it doesn't exist then they can't do anything about it or can't even let you know. In that case, at least you know they will keep your pawned jewellery an extra few days, in case the actual customer can't get to the phone due to personal reasons (being in hospital, etc)
