Terrible Experience with Taylor Milkshake Machines – Avoid at All Costs

We purchased a Taylor milkshake machine two years ago, and unfortunately, it's already out of warranty. Recently, the flavour burst feature stopped working. When we contacted the company to arrange for an engineer, we were informed that they needed to verify whether all the parts were genuine, which would cost £178, even though I had already confirmed that all parts were indeed genuine.

To make matters worse, we had to wait another 10 days for an engineer to visit, costing us an additional £213 just for the call-out. When the engineer finally arrived, he informed us that the issue was with the keyboard, which needed replacing at a staggering cost of £5,200! It's hard to believe that something like this could cost them more than £100.

This entire experience has been nothing short of a scam. I was planning to purchase a second machine for another one of my businesses, but after this ordeal, I’ve decided not to. I strongly recommend avoiding Taylor at all costs – their prices are outrageous, and their customer service is far from satisfactory.
