we were absolutely appalled at how they keep their reptiles.. bearded dragons in 2ft vivs with red bulbs and inadequate essential UBV.. incorrect (dangerous) substrates, outdated husbandry advice.. list goes on. if you’ve bought a reptile from here double check your husbandry and equipment as i can guarantee it’s all wrong!

zoars ark you need to do more research and sort it out! disgusting

Always a great service at Zoar's.
Competitive prices for Burns Food.
Staff always scan the loyalty card and are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
Great car park that is also monitored to stop non customer parking!
Recently bought some rugs for the dogs, again cheaper and better quality than an online retailer!
The dogs approve 😊

This store is amazing!! I’ve been gong there for years and all the staff are so friendly, helpful and give amazing advice for my dog and bearded dragon!! I have to give particular attention to Angela who has been outstanding with advice for my dragon lately! We can’t thank her enough!!

They have a terrible attitude and are quite abusive over the phone.
I won’t be using them again. All I wanted was an update on delivery time and got a load of abuse. Very upset right now, my father or brother would never talk to a woman like that ever.

After standing for 25 minutes to be served I was told by a staff member I can’t buy a goldfish because she was questioning me on my fish tank.

She then asked if the tank had a filter which it hasn’t she then said I cannot have a goldfish.

After me offering to buy a filter in the store straight away she still said I cannot buy a goldfish.

The tank the goldfish was going in on its own by the way was actually bigger than the stores and they looked crammed in their tank.

Absolutely disgusting after me asking to spend more money at the store for the correct equipment it still wasn’t good enough.

I’ll take my money and spend it elsewhere.
