The service has been incredible. Anything I needed was answered promptly and in detail by the service representative. I’m thankful for the kindness and support she offered to resolve. Ziglu provides excellent service when needed. I would happily recommend their services to anyone wanting to manage their currency.

If there were titles given to the representatives, let it be known her official title should be, “Baddest Broad in London” in the best way possible. What a queen.

The app is not what they make it out to be at all. It is so hard to use and then when you come to close your account they refuse to shut it down, breaking GDPR laws and leaving your account open to being hacked.

Stay away from these clowns, go somewhere with a better reputation who will not try to rob you.

Rating particularly for the Boost interest earning feature, which I imagine is the main use for most users. This is a good 'savings' account which is easy and fast to use, and the interest is always paid simply and on time. Ideally I would have liked the interest rate on GBP to have been boosted more over the past year considering the 5% is not much greater than what the traditional savings accounts are offering now, but it's fair. Some more contact regarding such things would have been nice over the time.

Sometimes I do also have to reinstall the app when it doesn't let me log in, but that's only been two or three times over the past year or two.

Their optional card is also interesting, but it would be cool if there was more benefit to using the card, such as cashback like with other crypto cards. Hopefully there's more to come from Ziglu.

I have had to go down this road with this people as I had waited for more than 3 weeks to get a response from the team as to know why. My account has been frozen and when send an email to help@ziglu and Security team I had to wait for 3 weeks and still does not have a clue as to whats happening with my account.

Customer service team does not reply to you and the phone calls does not connect as it says busy and automatically it gets disconnected and feel like your banging heads against a wall.

Simply horrible and worst experience with a bank in UK. If there. Was any negative marking would definitely give one.

Not sure why everyone is complaining. My account was locked as a precaution but customer service was great and the problem was resolved quickly. Its nice to know our money is protected.

I’ve been a customer for over a year and they closed my account for no apparent reason, filed 2 complaints asking why and both times gave me a vague explanation basically saying “because we can”.
I made a payment on the app to another account of mine and then a while later my account was frozen!
I have to email them since they don’t have any other form of contact and 1 hour later they said my account was closed.
I had quite a lot of money in my account and it’s been a week, still haven’t released my funds and said it could take 30 days.
Worst card provider ever and most disgusting customer service.

Terrible company. Have used them for almost a year now no issues. Now my account has been frozen without warning locking my funds in. Have spent 30mins on hold trying to get through to someone but no one answers. Spoke to someone on the web chat and my account is apparently under review by someone in the accounts team which can take up to 48 hours!!!!! I use ziglu as my main account and now my funds are trapped without access and I have no way of getting to them. Terrible service

Don't provide what they advertise. Frozen account even though I could prove where funds came from. I'm sticking with my bank who despite being difficult when transferring money to crypto companies, compared to Ziglu it is a breeze. Wish I'd read more reviews before I joined them as it was recommended by a financial reviewer. But their loss, as crypto has been very profitable and I've done alright on the stock market. They could have gotten much business from me. Terrible experience but I'm lucky in that I did not have any money in my account to freeze. I feel for people who are truly stuck with their financial plans because of this company. They say they break down the barriers the banks put up, but they seem to put up more.
