Excellent experience!

Yorkshire Trading has a very wide range of clothing, footwear, fabric, household , pet, stationery, confectionery, DIY, motoring, garden, leisure, seasonal and general items in its local branches across the region extending from the East Midlands to Lincolnshire at very reasonable prices with many bargains to be had. Well worth checking out this chain for anything you need!

Will never step foot in it. I was given a credit note (they don't do normal refunds!) and I was told I could use it at anytime (i.e.no time restrictions). I went in to buy something and was told that it expires 14 days ago and that they couldn't do anything about it. When I pointed out that I was told there was no time limit, the two unhelpful shop assistants (one of them could have done with a good scrubbing, actually) claimed that, as one of the supervisors had issued the credit note, there were no chances I would have been told that there was no time limit. Of course, I just fancied throwing £10 to the wind!

I just visited the store about 10 minutes before closing and because of my bad timing I was unable to get what I wanted, but the happy and friendly staff were more than happy to squeeze past the pallets of stock to get the items that I needed.

I placed me order on 14th sept, I am still without it on 21st Oct. After raising my first query to it's where about after 10 days, I was told it was lost and they were resending, I then waited another 7 days without receiving, and was told the next parcel was damaged in transit. On 5th Oct I was then told some items were out of stock and I can now no longer get the items. Waited a very long time and spent time chasing up, to then be without anything 5 weeks. Also did not find staff on email offered very good customer service.

Rear of shop has a very handy bits and bobs section for bolts, nuts etc.
