Organisingly disorganised. It says closing down sale, all stock must go. Don't believe it, it's only for refurbishment. Don't believe the kinda false advertising.

This shop does sell most things you need ,lots of choice.but on the downside stock left on the isle floor is a trip hazard waiting to happen.Most of the staff are friendly apart from certain ones could do with lessons in customer service.Also i think too many people use this shop as.a short cut to get to other shops . Also some people bring their dogs through the shop making it hard for customers to manoeuvre around the shop.I would recommend only allowing guide dogs in the shop.Lastly would help if items were priced up

This store is an accident waiting to happen. There are pallets with stock and shrink wrap left all over the place. It's like a bomb site bit on a plus side it's like an Aladdin's cave of products...if you can find a price ticket or get to them that is.
If visiting this store...make sure you keep your eyes WIDE open as you may trip over something or have something fall on you.
Id like to say I'm kidding but the store is always a mess and never tidy.

This store is great in many ways but disappointing in others. There's a good choice of items but it's so messy, boxes and all manner of stuff fallen on the floor,,even when it's just opened. Maybe they don't have enough staff to do these jobs but it does make a difference. Don't care for the front of the shop now,can't look at things because you end up in the way of people waiting to be served and its just a bad layout! Always someone pleasant and efficient on the till, cant fault them.

Bit of a mess everything all over the place

Yes, it sells many things, all quite cheaply, but it is poor on the clear pricing of some products and staff on the shop floor were not helpful, and lacking in attitude to help customers. I wasn't in a hurry when I went in, but someone needed a void on the back till so we customers had to go to the front till. Why a manager to do the void didn't or couldn't come straight away is also in my mind poor service. The queue at the front of the store was also slow and long but the young girl serving is what lifts this review up from 1*, because she was friendly and efficient. I will avoid this place in the future.
