All creatures great and small, Wychanger had got it. Whether it's 4 legs or 2 legs, there's loads to choose from. Farm dog feed to house dogs to cats to chickens. Bedding, feed for chickens and birds and a massive range if everything equine. Horse feed, supplements, riding gear, bridles, tack, horse rugs and hoof wear. Lots of great brand names in stylish clothing for men and women, body protectors, fluoro vests, riding chaps and boots and more. There is an ok selection of garden tools, screws, gate hinges and lights. Plenty of weed killer sprays, cleaners, and domestic household cleaners too. Plenty of parking anywhere out front. Doggie friendly but make sure your doggie goes to the toilet out front first as there are so many enticing smells on the jnside!

I would only buy online from this company if you know the item will fit you beforehand. I purchased a jacket from them on 17th March, received it within a couple of days so can't fault the delivery service, unfortunately it didn't fit so had to return. If you contact them and use their returns label you will be charged £8.95, I decided to use Royal Mail Tracked Delivery and paid £3.95. Due to being away I was only able to return the jacket late March but had a confirmation email stating it had been received on 3rd April and refund should be with me by the end of the week. No refund received and it has taken severel emails asking when I will receive my money, I received one saying all the accounts department where attending some kind of event and nobody available for two weeks to process. I sent one final email this morning stating they had until Friday, 25th to sort this out or I would be taking further action - guess what I received it within two hours but only because I checked my account, no confirmation email. Avoid online shop !!

This a great place for pet supply's. We have just acquired a collie cross and we noticed that she was not eating her food, so I went to have a word, came away with a new bed which she loves, and some snacks which again she loves, also a good extending lead. This is a very friendly place with a staff who go out of there way to help if you have problems. Used it twice so far, but it will not be our last, we have found a snack that Cassie really loves, so we will be back on a regular basis.

Had not heard of Wychanger so it was a really positive surprise to find such a good stock of equestrian products. Even better were the highly competent staff, Daisy and a colleague, who kindly stayed open for us when we arrived 10 minutes before closing!
