Beware of WorldFirst Online Bank: Unprofessional and Frustrating Experience

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with WorldFirst, an online bank that left me frustrated and out of pocket. I opened an account with them to receive payments for my business invoices, and that's when my troubles began.

After my customers paid their invoices, WorldFirst inexplicably put those payments under review. Despite my multiple attempts to resolve the issue by calling them and sending numerous emails, I received no meaningful response. This prolonged wait for resolution continued for an agonizing 15 days.

To add insult to injury, without any prior notice, WorldFirst decided to block my account, leaving me in a state of shock and uncertainty. The worst part is that my hard-earned £6000 is now trapped in the account, and there seems to be no light at the end of the tunnel.

The unprofessionalism displayed by WorldFirst throughout this ordeal is utterly unacceptable. The lack of communication, delayed responses, and the sudden account block without explanation demonstrate a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and basic business ethics.

Dealing with WorldFirst has proven to be a waste of time and a source of immense frustration. The company's actions have not only jeopardized my financial stability but have also eroded any trust I may have had in their services.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against using WorldFirst for your banking needs. The risk of having your funds held hostage without explanation or resolution is not worth the convenience of an online bank. Look elsewhere for a more reliable and customer-focused financial institution.

I recently chose World First Bank for my business transactions, thinking it would enhance convenience for my customers. However, my experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Following a successful payment, they inexplicably held the funds without any communication or explanation. In an attempt to resolve this, I submitted proof of invoice for the goods, hoping for a prompt resolution. To my dismay, World First Bank returned the funds to the customer without my consent or any form of follow-up.

To make matters worse, I had already shipped the goods, which means I am now out of pocket not only for the sales but also the products themselves. If you value your hard-earned money and expect a bank to provide reliable services, I strongly advise avoiding World First Bank at all costs. This has been a costly and frustrating experience, and I regret ever doing business with them.

I am left with no choice but to consider reporting World First Bank to the Financial Ombudsman due to what feels like a blatant act of theft. My recent experience with this bank has been utterly disheartening and financially damaging.

I am in the process of closing my account with World First Bank, and I sincerely hope that others do the same. This experience has shaken my trust in their services to the core, and I will never use this bank again. It's essential that businesses and individuals alike are aware of the potential risks involved in dealing with World First Bank.

I have had a WorldFirst business bank account for a month now. So far everything has worked properly. I was able to set it up with no issues, and have been able to use it easily and with no problems. I am new to business bank accounts; I have received support very promptly from the staff at WorldFirst on every occassion I have requested it, and they have been able to answer all my questions clearly.
