Unbelievable hours — open only from 7 AM to 9 AM! That’s barely enough time for anyone with a job to pick up a package. On top of that, the staff told me to go to another pickup location even though my package was right there in front of them. Completely unhelpful and frustrating experience.

Just been to collect my DPD parcel and yet again for the 4th time they could not find it…. Gross incompetence…. They also lost a pair of shoes worth £300 which I cannot claim fit as I was given the wrong postal receipt. I am really not happy with this so called service.

Possibly the rudest man I have ever met. My experience was the staff were unbelievably lazy and unhelpful. I was sent away to collect a delivery note, even though the text message clearly stated the text message was sufficient, the reason stated was it was easier for the staff, so after a 25min round trip I returned and the parcel was promptly dropped on the desk in front of me with a grunt. So disappointing.

It seems that 50% of the time that I go to my local Post Office in Winslow (during its trading hours and excluding lunchtimes when they shut) the kiosk is closed. If you want an unreliable post office that is always closed, then I can highly recommend this one!!! May 24 update, As per usual closed during opening hours. Think I will drive to Swanbourne PO who are far more reliable.

Rarely open when I go there. When they are they are fine. Just not open enough and it seems we have to travel further if it's urgent. The opening times on here do not correlate to the sign on the shop.

Seems like it’s regularly shut at short notice leaving the one stop staff to deal with the questions and fed up customers. No updates to the website either to warn customers before they set out so checking this beforehand is pointless. Winslow is growing and needs a decent reliable service for the community. Pleeeeeease.

A mixture of polite, helpful staff and one just plain, miserable and rude employee makes visiting this office a gamble. Staff seem ill informed about the services they are supposed to be selling and often the queus reach out of the door, whoever the area manager is should be sacked.
