Was on holiday so had no choice but to use. Like others have said drive to St clear instead machine swallowed up the money but wash didn’t start. No help number. No clear instructions on display.

As the previous review said, no phone number to request help. I was pretty stuck, as no machine instructions were legible. Not used a launderette before, so had to leave having already paid £3, and failed to get the machine to work. Now I read the previous review and hear that not all machines work anyway.

One of the worst launderettes in the area, witnessed a man lose £10 in the washing machine and there’s no contact number online or in the launderette for this to be resolved.

I was just about to use the big washing for £6 & £2 got stuck in it straight away so I cannot use the washing machine & cannot get my £2 back. There is no phone number to call either. What do I do now?!... I left a note there with my mobile number. A gentleman from the laundrette contacted me & gave me £2 back. Thank you.

I will never use this launderette again. The machine took my money but didn't work.The owner cannot be directly contacted.

I used the washing machine today the one next to the machine that says animal blankets only for it to swallow my £3. Loads of people came in and I asked them all if they knew of a contact number. Will never use this place again. Ended up paying £7 to wash a small amount of clothes.
