I had the pleasure of visiting Whiskey and Wealth Club about a month ago where I met with Daniel Knight and Karl Doolin. My initial conversations started with Daniel, before attending the meeting who thoroughly explained and presented all the options available, in the meeting both Daniel and Karl ensured that all my questions were answered and all investment options were explained as well as giving me information about the company and the products they represent and work with, they do have an impressive selection! Daniel has been incredibly helpful with any queries and assisting with the transaction running as smoothly as possible and I was very impressed that my welcome pack was delivered to my door sooner than expected! It has been refreshing working with a company that is so positive, I look forward to having a long standing relationship with the Whiskey and Wealth Club and visiting the offices again when I am back in London.

Alex Mook was great at following up in a timely manner on my various questions throughout the purchasing process. A few extra details could have been covered initially to avoid later misunderstandings but those were minor and overall the service was excellent.

James was quite nice to talk to and seems passionate and knowledgeable about everything whisky. He has already suggested options that I hadn't initially considered for future investments. So far I feel like my portfolio is in good hands.

The overall process was quite smooth and well guided. The welcome package is a definite bonus.

I thought long before making the investment, did as much research as one can do before you just start circling back around. However I felt the rep I deal with, Martin, kept me well informed, gave me no unrealistic assurances, but definitely a very good impression of the company, and him, both as a rep and as person. I was confident in my choice after being invited to a distillery tour, meeting new and existing clients, I keep in touch with couple of the lads I met that night, and as we all know the company is early doors, I feel even more confident after one of the guys, who made the jump three years ago just told me of the an extremely tidy profit he's about to turn.
