Lovely post office, friendly and very helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble even at very challenging times of the year and even when under extreme pressure, I visit at least three times a week with all the signed for and special deliveries for Hartlaw solicitors.

I recently visited the Wetherby Post Office, and I was extremely impressed with the level of service and efficiency. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a welcoming atmosphere.

The staff at this branch are exceptional. They were not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly helpful and patient. I have recently started drop shipping so I had a few inquiries and they took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my needs were met.

The lines moved fairly quickly, and the entire process was seamless. The facility itself was clean, organised, and well-stocked with all the necessary supplies.

Since all the banks have decided that a rich town like Wetherby is no longer worth investing in, the Post Office is the only place to depot money. It's a painful, long and harrowing process. It's normally so busy that you're there for 30 minutes, only to be told by some rude, smelly and genuinely awful women that you're in the "wrong line". It's not an airport. I'm not flying off to some distant destination. Which line I'm in makes no difference. All the desks use the same systems. It all goes into the same safe at the end of the day. I've opened a Nationwide account now, because it's the only bank left in Wetherby and the whole process of setting up a new bank account was seamless. NEVER USING THE WETHERBY POST OFFICE AGAIN

I am a regular customer at Wetherby Post Office and alway find that Jillian goes out of her way to help. Today I returned two parcels via tracked delivery. On measuring my parcel Jillian noticed that I my parcel wasn’t very compact. She added a few strips of cello tape which made it smaller therefore the price was cheaper. How kind!
