To report a trading fraud (roofers team appeared to be not registered fake company, whom I can't found) I have filled out Fraud report, received a call back with the contact numbers of trading standarts. Here, trading standarts send to Citizens Advice. I have already contacted CA on the beginning, they helped, but they can't search for traders who provided fake details. Nothing works..

I'm trying to report a scam which DFS uses:
If you order a sofa etc and they can't deliver it - because the entry point of your House/Flat is too tight-
They charge you 30% of the original retail price.
In our case £550.00

Of very little use, as direct calls from members of the public will not be taken. The answering service recommends that callers should use the consumer helpline instead. Not good in my view.

What is the point of this service if you can't contact them.
And they presumably get paid for this. Most people get paid for results.

Tried for days to speak with someone and Niobe ever answers or they just tell you to call back and press whatever then they go back to bed. Terrible really when it’s the standards lol but they all the same
