Bought a car from WETS via Zuto, who hadn’t notified the garage of some damage to part ex car. Originally this would have been a problem but Robin was great about the whole situation. Informative, generous and the car is beautiful and comes with a great MOT and service. Collected it today and couldn’t be happier. Will be back for sure. Thank you guys

I had the best experience with robin. The most lovely guy and he made my experience so so easy. He was very honest and open about the car and did his best to help, which isn’t something you see often with dealerships. You can really tell he loves what he does. To top it off, he donated to a fundraiser to support me and my family raise funds for a loved one’s funeral. I could not recommend him enough. Thankyou so much for your time and kindness.

Buying a used car can be stressful but Robin was patient, understanding & put my mind at ease. I didn't know what car I wanted but he found me the perfect car for my needs in my price range. The vehicle was given a new mot and service, no problem and when I picked up the car it was quick and easy. Nicest guy I've met when buying a car... unfortunately my car was written off and now living in South Wales I didn't hesitate to make the journey back to Essex to buy another car from Robin. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Great guy, great car and great service - Thank you

I bought what i thought was a good car for a good price but had nothing but problems. Thought robin was trying to help but all he did was made more money from me. I even use the mechanic he suggested and he couldn't fix. Yeah later managed to get it looked at and it looks like they knew about the issue as was re set the day I went to test drive and when I came to pick it up.
Yeah maybe was a bad one of a pile but robin wasn't as trustful.as he made up to be.

Bought a Nissan from them, great price (given the current used car climate). Very friendly and thorough with any questions you have. Both Mark and Robin are very honest and helpful. I had a few niggles with the car (absolutely nothing serious) and they fixed it even a month after purchase. Can't recommend them enough. Top guys.
