Very poor experience. Arrived at 1:10pm to return a parcel, to be told the post office doesn’t open until 1:30pm. I then waited outside until 1:30pm to go back in and be told that the post office person went on break late so it’ll be at least another 10 minutes by that time I couldn’t wait any longer.

I left a package (blood sample) for tracked first class posting. The PO sat on this for 2 days, it took 2 further days to arrive and so the sample was spoiled. The woman in the PO was extremely rude and unfriendly. Outrageous.

Went to collect an Amazon parcel and Evri parcel at 7pm Tuesday, a member of staff told me that they couldn’t serve me as “the post office was shut” due to “staffing issues”. I told them that I didn’t need the post office, but was collecting two parcels, so I was confused. They both then confirmed, when asked, that neither of them were trained with Amazon nor Evri…. I mean, they only have to turn on the hand device and scan the barcode…. 😂😂 I suggest they are definitely lazy; if they are genuinely untrained then why? They were very abrupt and unhelpful. I will return to Ettington for my parcels deliveries, where the service is exemplary. It’s almost as if they are actively trying to upset and lose customers, could it be anything to do with being asked to man all aspects of the business until 8pm I wonder….. 🤔

Had a Royal Mail parcel diverted to this Post Office. Huge mistake.
Asked my daughter to collect it for me on her way back from work. Royal Mail online state that someone else can collect your parcel as long as their ID address matches that of the parcel. See the screenshot attached.
The person who served my daughter stated that the rules do not apply to her, she/the shop apparently make their own rules. Seriously, why and how can they? Surely, this is against Royal Mail guidelines.
After really upsetting my daughter with her very rude attitude and making her leave without my parcel, my daughter rang me outside to tell me the situation.
I made her go back in with me on the phone.
The person initially refused to serve her, said she was serving someone else even though no one was with her. She really makes her own rules. Finally she gave in and gave the parcel to my daughter but told her not to tell anyone, why?
Something seriously amiss here. It's not as if it's a one off going by other similar reviews.
I have the persons name if someone from Royal Mail wishes to discuss this matter further with myself and my daughter.

I went to post office Wellesbourne to send a V62 form, the lady over the counter was very arrogant, very rude, she treat me with such disrespect,in terms of helping me as a customer she didn’t help me at all, had to do every step myself not very helpful, and she was very RACIST, yes !!!. For the fact that I was a foreigner she spoke to me in a very bad manner. I don’t not recommend this post office to anyone. I will rather drive 20 miles than visiting this place again.
