Not visited this market since pre COVID and that although it still has a great atmosphere being light and airy it is a shadow of its former self. The stall I visited to purchase from no longer there. Thankfully the big veg stall, fish stalls and the artisan bread stall still selling.
I won't be making a special journey again.

A lovely not too crowded street market.
The only negative I’d like to share is regarding the stall selling olives. Asking for 200g of olives ( incidentally they didn’t taste too good) He weighed out around 250 grams sealed the bag and charged me extra for it without checking it was ok that he went over what I asked for. The man purposely short changed me too.
I’d definitely return but obviously I will not give this stall any more business.

It's a limited experience and not one I feel is worth shutting down the roads in the town centre for. Clothing stalls veg and mobile phone accessories dominate this market. Not worth the trouble unless you're after a specific item you know is available.
