Booked an appointment after getting an online quote. Dominic was very prompt and professional. The price was knocked down which I expected but it was ridiculously easy. I accepted the offer - and after taking an admin fee of £50 and a quick transfer fee of £30 - the money was in my account within half an hour. Could not have been simpler. Swings and roundabouts I guess, but though I got less it took out all the hassle of selling the car privately. A great business model.

As expected, price dropped on every interaction, pretended not to notice warning lights or dents. Not expecting though the pressure to sign electronic form that cant be printed or emailed, and never arrived after quoted 3 business days, or delay in "immediate" payment of several hours. Suggest go in fully expecting the routine and have a floor price in mind -- they did pay eventually.

Excellent service. Really clear information and the faster payment is ideal for securing deposit for new car.
I've used them several times now and there's always one nearby so really convenient.
I wish I could remember his name but the chap who dealt with my sale (in Marsh Barton) was incredibly helpful (can't overstate this enough) and really friendly. This interaction alone would be enough to recommend the service, but all in all it's a really convenient and competitive service (much more so than dealer trade in price!).

A straight forward and simple process, easy to do. Value was reduced from estimated price although personally I felt the car was in good condition for it's age and mileage. At the end of the day the offer was higher than the trade in I was offered so I accepted.

Misleading tactics. The last minute price change (after a second, in-person valuation) could have been forgiven, if payment was made when explicitly advised (the next day by 2pm), which was completely false. Meaning a significant extra cost for payment not to arrive and to pay for a replacement car by credit card. Misleading and not trustworthy - better to use Motorway. AVOID.
