Service worked as advertised. I think some improvements could be made to the process, such as a more involved online portal through which the process can be maintained and documents can be collated. Something like that would just offer better security and a better user experience (and likely employee experience) than using emails to keep up with documents and processing.

Adele and team were absolutely fabulous. The process was efficient, painless and so cost effective. To perform a simple transfer via Swift transfer for a small amount cost me over ZAR 400 but this process, especially considering the value, was a far better experience cost and service wise.
