Came in on Saturday to change money into euros. The lad serving was a waste of space .very abrupt and rude .apparently he's always like this to customers. So ended up walking out .would not recommend going there if he is on 0 rating

The website advertises renewal of passports so we made our way into Warrington. We were then told that they can’t do it there as they don’t have a strong enough internet signal. So why advertise this when you know you are going to have to turn people away?

Came in because I'm opening a post office bank account online, and it says you need your ID verified free of charge by a branch.

The woman on the counter tried charging me £12.75 to do it! She told me if I didn't like it, I can go somewhere else.

Post office twitter says she was wrong and it's free, just like the form says it's free. But if the horrible cow behind the counter refuses, nothing I can do.

Will probably open a bank account somewhere else instead. Worse interest but hopefully less nonsense.

Called in early Saturday Morning to buy some stamps, I noticed before the lady scanned my stamps
she scanned something else, when I asked what it was she had scanned with my transaction she got very uncomfortable and said it was a promotion for McDonald’s to collect points,, She then pointed to the promotion leaflet she hadn’t bothered to mention to me so clearly she could take my points.
I don’t ever complain about anything but I have kids and if I’d been told I probably would have made use of the offer myself.Very disappointed. Wont be using you again.

2 of my parcels have gone through this post office and neither show as being delivered. The first was delivered because the recipient told me it was. But if you check the tracking it is still there. The second arrived 11th August and hasnt been seen since! Now i have to claim it as lost. Something is very wrong with this post office. I will say the employee i spoke with over the phone was very polite and helpful.

After a bad experience at this post office I decided to close my savings account & post office account & move them both to a bank. I haven't sent anything mail wise again using this post office. A staff member gave me the wrong information when I sent a parcel the parcel got lost. After 3months of searching for this lost parcel & going back & to with the post office & Royalmail. My final response from the post office was the staff member said they had given me the right information & they wouldn't refund me anything. THE STAFF MEMBER IN QUESTION LIED gave me wrong information & after 3months there's no way they would remember this incident. The only good thing about this post office is the manager is a really great manager.
