Visited the new wadebridge post office yesterday, now situated on The Platt. Very ,very unpleasant experience. Unhelpful, rude staff. Particularly the male assistant, who actually very aggressively followed me out of the branch amd shouted across the street at me. Extremely intimidating and unprofessional. I have heard other customers complain about this mam, he clearly should not be doing this job. I was so shocked by the his behaviour toward me, I have actually made an official complaint to the Post Office. I won't be using Wadebridge post office again, whilst he is still employed there.. visit this branch at your own risk!!
