Raf at Matford Vospers Exeter was a breath of fresh air. I’ve been buying Ford vehicles for my business for 10 years, always new and always from Vospers Plymouth. However, the service in Plymouth falls far below the service I received this time round from Exeter and I have Rafal to thank for this. My new Ranger is just what I was after and not once did Raf make me feel like I was putting him out or that he was doing me a favour. There’s not much joy in spending big money anymore. Dealing with Raf put the fun back into buying a new vehicle and I’ll certainly be using him again. It’s the people that make company’s and Raf is responsible for this sale. Quite simply, if I’d had to deal with Plymouth Vospers, I wouldn’t have bothered.
