They have the best exchange rates you can find in London! Which is why I’ve been back numerous times to the branch. And was served by Kuma this time who was quick and efficient. Tip - If you make an order online then collect + pay at the branch, you get the better and exclusive exchange rate online rather then at the currency exchange.

The staff member was very friendly and helpful and handled my request efficiently and with ease. Just remember to bring a passport or other government issued ID.

Good rates but didn't like standing basically on the road, waiting to get my money. I would prefer being inside and having the ability to count the money after taking them and not rushing to hide them.
