I recently purchased a tower fan (order #1075) from this company, and I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and delivery. After placing my order, I received no update regarding the shipping status. I reached out to customer service multiple times, but my inquiries went unanswered. It’s been weeks since my purchase, and I still have not received my fan. This experience has been very disappointing. I expected better service and timely delivery. I hope the company improves its communication and support processes in the future. Until then, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
