I have only the best things to say about UP. Their service has been excellent throughout. Grant Rose, my portfolio manager has been excellent and gone above and beyond making sure that everything went as smoothly as possible with each currency conversion I needed to execute.

This company keep cold calling us, even though we've asked them to stop. They always try to butter you up with "oh you sound better than me" and then follow up with some nonsense into how they've been forced into doing a charity run or they've got their in-laws staying over, or they've been forced by their boyfriend to go to watch their least favourite football team play. None of this is endearing and we are a busy company that does not have time for chit-chat with people we don't intend to do business with. We look forward to the day these people stop calling, even if our accounts department will miss playing the guessing game of what story the Universal team will come up with next.

Very professional company provides a friendly and efficient service and good rates, using their portal for autonomy although my contact Grant is always on hand to provide help where needed, highly recommend.
