Thanks to the help I received here today I was able to get my UPS parcel sent back. I hadn't printed the labels I needed but the guy (manager I think) kindly printed them for me which saved me having to do another 54 odd mile round trip. I really appreciate the help. The lady behind the counter was friendly and had a chat while we waited too. Great service all round.

Of all the various iterations of the shop over the years, the current owners & setup at the shop are excellent. You'll not do your weekly shop there but it is a huge convenience when you need a couple of bits and bobs without having to go to Gala or Melrose.

Really appreciated Steve and Sean’s help to get the right documents for a parcel I was sending back.

Had driven from Peebles as their UPS point was closed, and they both helped me out and went the extra mile to help me get the right documents to send back the parcel.

I have been going here for just over 20 years and have found this to be a great wee shop with excellent staff. As it is a Premier shop there are always good deals . The fresh bread , scones ,traybake and rolls from a local bakery are really good and Steve uses a lot of other local businesses as well . Keep up the good work

Great wee shop, fantastic staff, and Steve the manager is very attentive to what his customers want, and tries his best to accommodate all favourites as best he can. Value for money and nice tidy layout.

Excellent service very friendly , stock in shop always full , personal touch , to the point the sales assistant delivered items of grocery’s to three men with disabilities that I supported in own house due to very bad snow last year . Great community spirt from the team , getting involved in local events.

Good wee local store. Sometimes hard to pick things up as shelf's can be a bit bare. But could just be cos I visited late
