TUI Holiday Store

i came into the store wanting to book something special for me and my daughter for her birthday. i spoke to the jake and he helped me look at all of my options, and tailored the holiday to my needs. he was super good at his job, but also had a great sense of humour. 10/10 service, i am looking forward to my holiday!

After booking a holiday to Barcelona a few months ago, my partner and I became very stressed and confused with the check in system. I came in and spoke to an employee called Jake at this store and he was an absolute treasure. Told us absolutely everything we needed to know, put our minds at a complete rest, and even gave us a few recommendations of things to do in Barcelona which we now cannot wait to do. Jake is such a polite and caring young man and an absolute asset to this store, and the TUI brand. Thank you.

Just had the pleasure of dealing with Katelyn at the Shrewsbury branch of Tui. She was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble in her dealing with booking our flights. She was extremely polite and knowledgeable and showed great diligence in her service. We cannot recommend her highly enough..she is a great asset to the shop and company.
