Well stocked shop where the post office is located. Great customer service. Offers so many services ranging from mail, forex exchange, printing, photocopies, collection of government documents like the Biometric Resident Permit, council taxes and lots of other items.

Whenever I'm not sure about where to get something or a service, I go to the post office. Has never failed me in the UK.

Staff is nice but clearly overwhelmed. Not enough of them and when there having to constantly help people using the self service machines.
It is now near to impossible To get nice stamps on letters and packages. I remember the joy of receiving post from abroad. Now I am the daughter, sister and aunt that is now struggling on a system that is working very hard to take all the joy out. A stamp still pays the fee, a sticky label is NOT the same. If we add prices that have gone through the roof it is also become unaffordable. This is how you close more of these offices.... Wake up before it is too late

Only popped in to post a pre-paid for package… Only one window open, a queue of about ten people waiting… Ended up leaving after waiting for ages as the queue wasn’t moving… I will not be using this Post Office again, very poor!

Second time in today, still only one member of staff serving, the queue is over twenty customers long. None of the two staff that I can see appear to be happy working here! I'm so glad that this is not my regular post office. Very nearly an hour spent in the queues here today!

Twice I have have tried to post a parcel abroad for family and served by the same lady in the foreign exchange bureau. Such a rude and patronizing lady, shouldn't be able to speak to customers the way she does.

The post office is so under-staffed that the queue regularly takes 30 mins to clear. If you have difficulty standing for long periods, no chairs are provided so be warned.

Shockingly understaffed, and absolutely no organisation whatsoever, use this place regularly and it gets worse by the day, no less than half an hour/45 mins in the queue 3 days on the trot, waiting over half an hour in a queue with only 5 people in it! 5 tills with only one being used, a lady walking up and down the queue line asking how she can help you use the self service tills, rather than being behind the till serving people who can't get the services they need on self service, where's the logic in that! Absolutely ridiculous

Easily the most incompetent staff I’ve ever encountered. After failing to help the woman before me, to the point where she asked to see the seemingly non existent manager, I didn’t have much hope.

I attempted to drop off a DPD parcel, using the DPD Pickup service. This was advertised online, as well as on a sticker inside the post office. However the staff didn’t seem to know what it was, but that’s likely the same with every part of their job.

They scanned the QR code before suggesting that DPD were at fault for not providing the correct labels. I questioned why they advertised a service both online and inside that they couldn’t fulfil, to which I was met with faces that I can only describe as if Gollum had gone into a depressive episode.

Stay well away from this post office, unless you want to put yourself through an extremely painful encounter that leaves you questioning why you even bothered to go.
