I have a relatively big balance with these guys. I've recently noticed that messages go answered, phonecalls and their online chats. I tried pulling out a fraction of the cash I have which would have made no material difference to my position, no response or assistance after the 24Hr limit they have set themselves. To say I'm worried, is an understatement. I feel like pulling all my money out, but I also don't want to spook them. Honestly, dealing with this company feels very suspicious.
