Breakfast was disappointing and the strawberry matcha was more like a strawberry milkshake. We also waited more than 10 minutes for someone to come over and clean the table after asking repeatedly. This place has a lot of potential but they will need to up their game when it comes to the food and service.

Went there for lunch and had a really nice experience. Staff were really friendly, place was busy but clean and well managed. Plenty of seating downstairs and upstairs. Plenty of food options to choose from both hot off the menu, and bakery items that are pre-made and can be heated up. I had a full English breakfast and my partner had Eggs with bacon- both were tasty. Regular price that I’d expect in such a coffee shop in central Horsham. Lovely atmosphere as well.

Lovely place with great staff.

Food is lovely but overall can be expensive.

It would be nice if they invested in some table numbers. Coffee/dirt stained cups with hand written numbers on does not a classy establishment make.

Trading post is a bustling coffee shop. Boutique in nature (they roast their own beans!) but, in reality, the same formula as the mainstream coffee shops such a Costa or Nero.

The coffee is better than average and, you get a choice on the type of Bean. I had Black Pearl and it was very good.

Food is plentiful and, again, much better quality than the mainstream outlets but a little underwhelming compared to the expectation you build up before you sit down.

The staff are super friendly and efficient and a real asset.

As I say, it's busy. Order at the counter and find a seat, there are plenty upstairs and the team bring the drinks and food to you. That works well if you are more than one as you can get your table first, before you order but, might be more tricky if you are on your own.

Overall a good place, I will definitely use again but, the competition in this town is fierce with lots of available options.

Nice atmosphere. A bit noisy inside but you can still have a conversation. Coffee was lovely and plenty of seating. Only issue was that toilets were two flights of stairs up, which may be an issue for disabled people or small children. Otherwise everything was clean and tidy. Would come again

Superb coffee and lovely service. Delicious food! Large sitting area that still feels cosy.
And so nice to feel “at the local” even if it is a small chain. Please don’t loose your identity as you grow as you are doing a great job!

A busy coffee shop. You order the coffee or food and they deliver it to your table. Their coffee is better than other chained coffee shops, but the quality of food is similar to Nero or Costa. Interior is nicer here.

Lovely coffee place! Really nice atmosphere. Staff are so friendly. Very busy so expect a little wait, but it's really worth it. Found Harry very helpful with coffee recommendations. Will definitely come back.
