Unfortunately my original order of a pricing gun was lost in the post, but the manager of TradingMadeEasy personally took on my problem and had another one sent out to me on a 24 hour delivery which arrived safely. So in the end I have been really impressed with the customer service and would recommend doing business with this company.

Terrible company! I order a price gun and it never arrived. I have waited 3 weeks and the Director argued and said it had been delivered and told me to claim through Visa if I wanted my money back. He clearly has no idea how to run a company and I will now be taking this to Trading Standard and claim the money back through Visa. What a disgusting company. "trading made easy" - what a joke!
