First 2 orders were free next day delivery and the company seemed to perform very well (apart from a couple of stock shortages). The subsequent orders have been £5 per delivery which you don't mind paying if they reach the right person. Our latest order was not received by the correct person or company as their courier handed to an unknown individual. When I contacted them about it there was 'nothing they could do' as the courier could prove that the site delivery address was correct and someone was willing to sign for the delivery. Hannah from Tradefix stated that they couldn't afford to replace the order. They can afford to lose our custom though.

Not great... lost my order and haven’t worked collaboratively to solve the problem; it offers good prices and generally it was reasonably reliable but you see the quality of a supplier when a challenge arises and they handled it really poorly - very disappointing
