Phoned with a question about paints - got an immediate answer so ordered online. Paint arrived the next day with the most secure packaging I've ever had for paint. And I know it's not important but it made me smile to find a little pack of gummi type bears included in the package. Good work Tradec.

This is my badest experience where I use this shop! I bought Mirka set and one of machine doesn’t work! Owner bos Adrian, said I don’t know to use balance where I’ve at last 6 years where I use only Mirka sanders! And he said will sent to Mirka to check and will take only 2-3 working days! When I call him to ask after 10 days he said sander machine is not deliver back from Mirka, after two days owner Adrian call me and said sander is check and nothing wrong with it! Is new Mirka generation, when I ask him will not get something £1720 breack down he get ungry with few poor excuses! Literally scam! Next day someone from Mirka call me and said we never had machine and we didn’t check it! Which I never recommended to anyone to buy in this shop! Owner is terrible guy! And if you ask for your rights he rise up voice! I buy lots tools may have £30.000-40.000 with 20 employees but never had this terrible experience in one supplier shop where I spent big money!

I'll never buy paint from anywhere else now. They have bent over backwards to colour match for me, and have been friendly and helpful throughout. The prices are very reasonable, and the service is second-to-none. I'll be back in next week for more paint as we are doing up our new house. Highly recommended! There's a huge difference between walking into a chain store and going to a local business - if you've not tried them, do it - you'll end up wondering why you didn't go in before!
