I had an awful experience with TorFx. FOUR days after initiating a money transfer, the funds were still not sent, and I was caught in endless loops trying to get answers. I spent hours waiting for responses, only to be asked for more and more unnecessary documentation. Despite providing all the information they requested, they bizarrely ended up asking for a bank statement from my employer—completely irrelevant and unreasonable! After deciding to cancel the transfer and request a refund, the situation only got worse. The compliance team held the money and waited until 5 pm to send a pointless email asking if I still wanted to cancel. This added even more delays. The following day, I was practically begging the account manager to refund my money. It was as if they were holding onto my funds as if they were theirs! The customer service is incredibly slow, unhelpful, and unprofessional. The entire process was riddled with inefficiencies and unnecessary obstacles. After this frustrating ordeal, I would never recommend TorFx to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and choose a more reliable service.

Competitive exchange rate, no fee sending but there was a £10 fee charged by the receivers bank. It took 6 working days for the transaction to be completed. A good service!

Could not fault the service, very efficient and knowledgeable account manager, highly competitive rates. The transactions were carried out without any problems. Very professional company that I would highly recommend.

Great communication and I saved 145 Euros from the rate offered by my bank. They will be my first choice for foreign currency transactions.

There are better options to transfer your foreign currency. TorFX is unbelievably slow. I’ve been waiting nearly 48 hours for a transfer that Wise completed in 2 hours. Also TorFX exchange rates are not the most competitive.

I can't recommend highly enough about this company - they not only went the extra mile but beyond this. Words can't express from how quickly the set up went for my clients company - Jeanette you was amazing, and Adam (head trader) went the nth degree to achieve a smooth and highly important transaction. The rate we got was pretty much close to spot rate and very similar to revolut.

Beware! I was misled by their salesman as to the time it would take to transfer money. Very poor response when I complained... basically told me I was lying! I now use WISE which transfers money immediately at a better rate
