We had a great service, Zach was a helpful and cheerful sales person, happy to help when needed. He, and his assistant Charlie, did a great job when we collected the vehicle, explaining all aspects of the car.
We were also impressed with Dacia who managed the delivery, delivering in a very short timescale. I loved the app which showed the stages of delivery which allowed me to monitor the order progress.

After being sent a personalised walk around of our proposed purchase by one member of staff, we made an appointment and met Liam. He was both polite and helpful and made us, in particular my wife who is mobility limited, feel most welcome. We already knew what we wanted but Liam was in no way pushy and explained any extras we could purchase. A credit to the company and a pleasure to deal with. Many thanks Liam.

Our sales experience was good. The process of ordering the vehicle was uncomplicated and all aspects explained clearly.
We were kept updated with the progress of the order and the vehicle arrived before anticipated which was great.
The handover day was dealt with professionally and efficiently and we felt fully briefed on the vehicle and reassured that we could get back in touch if the need arose.

We had a very good experience at Dacia Southend and were, for the most, in Zach's very capable hands.
Every stage including, search, test drive, sale and handover, went very smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble and when Zach was unavailable, others seamlessly stepped in. Everyone was knowledgeable, spoke to us with respect, while balancing professionalism and friendliness.

Great experience at Toomey Dacia.
There was prompt and polite communication with Brandon after contacting the dealership through Dacia's website including a personalised video of the car I was interested in.
Test drive went well.
I then had a truly excellent handover of the car from Liam even though it wasn't "his" sale who sorted out some issues with the paperwork before showing me everything I needed to know about thd car before driving it away.

We had a very friendly and informative sales person in Zack Herring who really seemed to care about getting everything just right and kept us well informed throughout the process.
The sale manager came over and introduced himself whilst I was initially waiting to see Zack.
Everyone else there all seemed happy and helpful.
