Very fair service and rate. Total cost was around 7% compared to best market rate, which is not bad for central London. Such places have to cover their costs, and make a profit so I am happy with the result. I recommend and would use again.

Some other options in the area will cost you 20% or more on best rate so this was very fair. Will use again.

I wanted to exchange EUR for GBP...gave him 150e took the money and went...later at the evening took a look on the bill...150 USD for 112 GBP !! the guy put the USD instead of EUR and gave me 10 GBP less...i will try to clarify it on monday but i have a bad feeling 🙂 be carefull!

Went to another place near Russel Square that wanted to take 20 pounds off me where as Thomas only cost me 2ish pounds on the exchange rate. They were helpful and pleasant. I would definitely go back!
