Fantastic service and great rates! Placed an order at 11 and was able to collect at 3. The man at the counter also showed so much patience with me for (i) forgetting to do a bank transfer and (ii) providing denominations as I requested.

I didn't know it was same day collection. San who served me, was really nice and gave me same rate when I reserved it. Thank you for a wonderful service. Best rate.

I used to recommend Thomas Exchange to friends and colleagues, but that has changed. I walked in to exchange sterling to USD two days ago, website had said their offered rate was 1.2315, spot rate at the time was 1.247. I was in a hurry and it was really pouring down outside so I did not check until much later the rate they had given me. I was rather stunned to see that they had given me a rate of 1.21, absolutely appalled by their behaviour. I used to regularly have currency delivered to my office in Bishopsgate, but quite frankly they have lost my business and those of my colleagues and friends.

The rates are amazing and service is very fast, with a good range of pick-up/delivery options. The staff are friendly and professional. I no longer use any other money exchange and have recently opened a corporate account, which makes my transfers extremely efficient. Would highly recommend.

I have used Thomas Exchange UK (in Bishopsgate) for many years, both for collecting foreign currency ordered in advance and for international payments with transactions dealt with over the phone. I find consistently good rates and good service. Even during the Covid-19 lockdown, I was transferred to one of the guys, presumably at home, who helped me as usual and made an international payment into the USA as if it was business as normal. Can't ask for more than that. May 2020.

Great rates, and MUCH lower fees than my bank. The staff were friendly and helpful. I've used them a few times, for going on holiday and for larger money transfers, and have always saved some money.

The rates are good. HOWEVER, the manager is extremely rude! (This being the elderly store manager). Have been scolded myself and seen other customers being told off. As I said, the rates are decent but be prepared for an unpleasant experience.
