Took two watches, sail both would have to be sent away, didn't even take the back off to have a look, said both would be over £400 and away for 6 weeks. She was blunt and rude, even said serves me right for having expensive watches! Watch doctor, no way, only go if you want a strap changing, useless!!!

Custom fitted a leather strap and fixed a chronograph problem on my Tissot PRS 516. Did a great job. Would recommend this repair shop. He has nice watches for sale too.

Had 2 gold chains repaired.
And a diamond sorced to go into a ring.
Very friendly at all times.
Would highly recommend.

'If' like I have, you have many old watches that haven't worked for years . . or your watch is simply in need of a new good quality battery, then I would definitely recommend 'the watch doctor' he carried out several near watch rebuilds using good quality components and which are now fully working.
He is always polite and carries out full assessment of the necessary repair (and cost) prior to continuing with the work.
I cannot find any fault with his excellent business practices.

would definitely not recommend this shop to anyone , he was trying to charge me for something he had made a bad measurement about . he charged me well over the price for just repairing the fastener on my watch, plus he took a link out as he said it was to big on my wrist. when i came to try my watch on it was a tight fit, no way could i have fastened it on my own , so i was advised to comeback today as he was going try to take a smaller link out , so cut a long story short i had already paid £16 then he wanted another £5 to me i was being overcharged & didn't want to pay anymore , he got very rude towards me luckily i took a friend with me he just would not listen to what i was trying to say only to what he wanted me to hear, he ended up telling me to take my watch & get out of his shop , my friend who was with me told him not to speak to me like that. he spoke to like i was a child , so i told him please don't talk to me like that as i am 76 yrs old & not a child so with that he chucked my watch at me & told us to get out of his shop or he would call the police on us , i have never met anyone who was so rude , bad mannered in my life , needless to say i will not be using this shop again.

This service provider is a rare find in today’s world. My watch had not been serviced for many years and looked fairly sorry for itself. The Watch Doctor managed to create a virtually new looking watch with courtesy and care and I must say I am absolutely thrilled with the result. I cannot recommend the Watch Doctor highly enough - the service was superb.
