Purchased a pair of Harkila boots around a year ago, the boa system broke so sent them back to sportsman to be replaced- these original boots were lost along the way whilst being sent for repairs which was only found out when I called to find out when they were going to be sorted around three months later, we were offered a refund or a replacement and we chose the replacement. These replacement boots were not a like for like model as they were the newer style boots; these boots have now fallen apart at the seams quite literally and I am left with wet feet. I took my boots in to be looked at and was initially told that replacement boots would not be covered under the warranty, after a few phone calls I was then informed that they would again have to be sent back to their supplier and be approved for a replacement or refund (again no big problem but was told this would be a few days) I chose to have a refund and purchase a different pair of boots. I am now two weeks in and have heard nothing from sportsman unless I continually chase them, no one seems to know what the other is doing and I keep getting fobbed off with answers such as ‘the replacement pair of boots need to be delivered to them’ before I am allowed to get said refund which again is no problem but no one can tell me when the replacement boots will be sent back to store. I am being passed around, fobbed off and after the initial losing of the boots I am just left with a bad taste in my mouth.

Purchased an item that was incorrectly advertised online. Called the store to check if there was an error with the advert. I was told “no, it’s the correct part”. I purchased the item. The item arrived, however it was the wrong part. Called the store let them know. The first person said they’d arrange collection, no one arrived to collect. Called them again, second person said don’t worry about sending it back I’ll just refund you. Waited 7 days, no refund received. Called again to ask if the refund had been organised. I was then ask if the item arrived back yet? I’m not sure what going on at this store, but I’ll be shopping at Crackshot from now on.

Recently purchased Lee Reloading Dies from The Sportsman Gun centre in Exeter Order No 230502019900008.
I was very impressed with the Speed and efficiency that the Order was dealt with by the shop and would not hesitate to use them again. I've set up the dies and am now happily reloading my cases.
