Great shopping centre but inside the market is a place called the market cafe where the staff attitude is absolutely despicable unless you're a local & the food even worse, cold, undercooked & swimming in grease, avoid at all costs, as you really can do better around this area as some people really do care as these ladies give Welsh people a bad name, disgusting & very upsetting from a holiday maker prospective as one lady wouldn't even acknowledged I was even standing there, absolute rudeness & totally uncalled for!

The coffee being instant tasted like warm water, plus with the exception of the bacon, all the produce they use is cheap & very nasty, even the menu on the table stunk of mould, unless it was the coffee mug I'd taken a sip from

Shop doorways are home to dozens of societies less privileged people. Can be very intimidating. Large numbers of empty shops. Bridgend's "Jewel in the Crown". Disgraceful.

It's a small shopping arcade that currently has fewer shops to pull in a crowd. The market place is closed indefinitely due to RAAC concrete issues. This is such a shame as the market place has been a beacon that attracts people into the shopping centre itself. We went in on a Tuesday and were glad to see some market stalls available in the empty shop fronts. Such a shame the Rhiw doesn't have more to draw it in, small boutiques, book shops etc. Thank god for the new record store and the antiques store bringing something new into the area. Bring back the market place please?!

Everything you need is all here under one roof. No need to get wet like most shopping trips in Wales lol. Great food lots n lots of choices. Very good help desk always happy to help. Very clean n tidy I have never seen any litter. Parking is very easy loads of spaces plenty of disabled parking and toilets. Best of all are the prices extremely pleased and u still get the best quality. All n all 10/10 must visit.
