Visiting this area in a beautiful Air B&B cottage (April Cottage) just around the corner. Our favourite pub walking distance and food was beautiful. Lovely locals as well, which makes you want to go back again and again. Nice, friendly and dogs are also very welcome and loved as their own. Can't wait to come back and visit again.

Visited the kings arms on bank holiday Monday with some friends, we were all super impressed! It’s located in a gorgeous village and the pub garden is fab. The staff are all very welcoming and efficient with ordering food and drinks. Food is well priced and came out in good time, I had the salmon for main and my partner had the burger, both of us thoroughly enjoyed. The warm cookie for desert was also great! Will continue to recommend this place to friends and family. Thanks guys we will be back.

Very nice and classical Pub. Food is nice. Children very welcome. Nice garden for hide and seek and small playground for children. We went here for dinner and were very pleased 2 times. Just stayed across the street 1 min walk. Awesome.

It’s hard to find a child friendly place with a great outdoor seating area. The food was brilliant and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Had a lovely Sunday roast while on holiday, lovely pub and great service. I have an allergy to garlic and contacted prior to arrival. This was dealt with effectively and catered for.

One of the best pubs I’ve been to in years (and that’s saying something). The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the locals treated our children as if they were their own and the food was top notch!
