Its a big supermarket, its got a massive free parking space, you will get what you need at one place, however its a beautiful store

Went shopping this morning. Got physically jostled out of the way by pickers 3 times so they could reach past me. No "excuse me" or "sorry". And had to flatten myself against the fish display when two carts were coming from opposite directions without any intention of slowing down. One wheel caught my shoe and pulled the sole away from the seam - so I'm out a new pair of boots on top of that.

I know getting orders ready first thing in the morning is stressful. It doesn't give staff an excuse to treat customers as obstacles.

My mum and dad went for a bigger shop tonight ( 31.10.24) my mum is not good on her phone so I took a screenshot of the vouchers she had earned throughout shopping in the same tescos for the last year. Upon checking in one of the ladies Sonia have come up to my mum saying that is not allowed which is fair and understandable that it might of looked dodgy as she had a screenshot that I took on her phone as there is no signal in the shop it’s self and like I mentioned before my mum is not the best on her phone. Sonia has been very rude to both of my parents accusing them of the having fake vouchers and saying it’s not allowed my dad has stepped in and said that’s fine we just want to scan our club card in which she was still being passive aggressive and refusing to take it.
The manager was called in shortly and has accepted their club card. We have never had an issue with any of the lovely stuff serving us at Tesco’s everyone is always polite and super helpful. This was definitely the worst experience they while shopping there.

Went in for a costa drink / meal deal, the machine had no milk, patiently queued at customer services to ask for help - woman was very rude and not interested. Said that it needed cleaning and they were too busy! Thanks - I would rather travel to Sainsburys for proper customer service!

Really not a nice Tesco won’t be going here again. Struggled to clean trolley with the baby in at the start as the cleaning station was completely out of everything. Used scan as you go because much easier with me and baby, but was selected yet again to be searched and staff said she had to scan everything because a certain flavour wasn’t scanned in a 3 for £3 baby food deal (another flavour scanned twice instead, nothing missed) so had to stand there waiting while she unpacked all my bags and didn’t even offer to help with repacking as she went. Very stressful experience for myself and my baby and felt like she was being deliberately obtuse and unhelpful. Store not laid out very intuitively, and very busy. Staff very brusk, don’t greet you, don’t say excuse me and when you ask to find something it’s a quick one word answer. Halloween kids clothing all very tacky which was disappointing too. Overall really unpleasant experience, has us questioning whether we’ll bother with Tesco’s in future and might use local Sainsbury’s and Waitrose instead.

I shop here all the time but I'm writing this review not because the shop is rubbish, but just to let people know make sure you check the best before dates on pretty much everything in tesco as a number of times I've found bread that are 2 days out of date but still on the shelfs, they aren't checked properly, and a year or so a go I brought some nougat the pink and white and it was at least 6 months out of date so just to let people know check the best before dates in this store, even though you shouldn't have to

Always shop here when we come back to England. This store provides a massive selection of food and other products. There is a massive car park and a petrol station. There are sometimes problems with traffic getting in and out of the store as it is situated near to a motorway junction. Good beer selection.

Great shop however the toilets are absolutely disgusting, sanitary bins were overflowing, toilet seats broken and most of the time theres no hand wash. Ive seen cleaner toilets in the middle of no where.
